Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.

– Undamaged
– Unused
– Complete in original packaging

The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.

Personalized products cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back the products that are personalized. This refers to the products that are printed with name or other text.

As soon as your return has been received by us, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days.
When returning the complete order, you will be refunded the full amount, including shipping costs and excluding return costs.
