Terms and Conditions

TO ORDER

You will receive confirmation of your order by email. If you have not received this confirmation, we recommend that you contact us. Maison De Madame strives to ship your order to you within 5 working days after the confirmation of your order. During holidays, the delivery of your package may take a little longer than you are used to. When you place an order online, you must provide your e-mail address. When we have received your payment, a confirmation of your order and payment will be sent to your e-mail address.

STOCK

Some items that are sold out in our webshop will be supplemented. Unfortunately, this does not apply to all articles. If you want to order the article, it can be reordered to size and we use a delivery time of a maximum of 8 weeks. Indicate which size and color you want and mail to info@lamaisondemadame.com.

You can calculate your size looking at the sizes tab at the bottom of the product description to see which clothing size matches it. Note: clothing of the same size may still differ depending on the fit. If you have questions about the size, you can email your question to info@lamaisondemadame.com.

CUSTOMIZATION/PERSONALIZATION  ONLINE PURCHASE

carefully. You are welcome to email us at 
info@lamaisondemadame.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.  

During busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect www.lamaisondemadame.com or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.

RETURNS

At www.lamaisondemadame.com a return period of 14 days applies. Within this period you can view and try on the article. Are you not satisfied? Then you can return the purchased items in their original condition, unworn and with attached price tag in original packaging within the return period. The costs for the return are for the buyer. Maison De Madame inspects the article upon receipt. If the item is not in its original condition, the item will be returned.

Note: Personalized Items with cannot be returned. At Maison De Madame it is not possible to exchange or return accessories and underwear due to hygiene.

RETURN PAYMENT

It can take up to 10 days for your return to be received and processed. When your package has been received, you will receive a confirmation email and the return payment will be on your account within 10 days, depending on your bank. During busy periods, the handling of your returned items may take a little longer than you are used to from us.

COMPLAINT

If you have a complaint about an article, we recommend that you take photos of the complaint. You can send this along with a description of the complaint to info@lamaisondemadame.com. We will assess the complaint and look for a suitable solution.

ERROR MESSAGE

If you receive an error message, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly info@lamaisondemadame.com. We can then check for you whether we have received your order and payment in good order
